Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide software maintenance and support services for the MyLicense Office and BOP Mobile Inspection Program. The contract will include ongoing hosting, system administration, maintenance, and support for the software. The selected contractor will be required to provide FedRAMP-certified managed services, including backups, patching, vulnerability management, network monitoring, and disaster recovery. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for annual renewals.
