The United States Coast Guard is seeking information from interested builders and developers for the construction of 61 housing units in Juneau, Alaska. The units should include 27 three-bedroom units, 21 four-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units, and 3 one-bedroom units. The housing units should be co-located within a single subdivision integrated within a larger community and must meet all local, state, and federal codes and standards. The lease would be for one year with up to four option years to extend the lease term, and the option to purchase would be executed during the second year of the lease.
