Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for On-Call Land Surveying Services. The consultant will provide land surveying services on an "as-needed" basis to support Caltrans, Division of Design, District 7. The services may include control surveys, design and topographic surveys, construction staking, and other related survey documents. The estimated contract amount is $2,400,000 - $3,900,000, and the contract term is three years.
• The consultant must have experience in land surveying services and must be able to provide professional services in an area of specialization.
• The consultant must be able to provide fully trained personnel to efficiently perform the work.
• The consultant must have a personnel retention plan to ensure stability of the workforce.
• The consultant must be able to provide deliverables in Caltrans-approved hardware and software formats.
• The consultant must be able to provide quality assurance and quality control plans.
