Description
The City of Atlanta, Department of Aviation, is seeking a vendor to provide operations, maintenance, and janitorial services for the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) and its surrounding facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, responding to service requests, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The scope of work includes administrative services, facility operations and maintenance, janitorial services, landscaping, and grounds maintenance. The vendor will also be required to establish a comprehensive facility management program and participate in regularly scheduled contract review meetings with the Department of Aviation. Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring facility conditions and ensuring timely delivery of operational support services
• Coordinating daily readiness of spaces, systems, and public-facing areas
• Supporting day-to-day access, maintenance-related communications, and on-site coordination with DOA departments
• Providing logistical support for deliveries and scheduled activities
• Maintaining clear lines of communication and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner
