The City of Salina seeks an engineering consulting firm to evaluate, design, and manage the replacement of three deteriorating culverts on Fairdale Road, including hydrologic analyses, construction drawings, easement coordination, and possible retaining‑wall work. The consultant will be responsible for all phases from preliminary assessments through construction‑phase support, ensuring compliance with downstream hydraulic structures and local easement requirements.
