Description
The City of Norwalk is seeking a qualified consultant to provide citywide on-call project management, construction management, and inspection services. The selected consultant will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Norwalk to provide these services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes project management, construction management, and inspection services for various projects, including developing request for proposals, participating in procurement and contract negotiation, and providing contract management. The consultant will also be responsible for conducting constructability reviews, managing the construction contractor, and ensuring compliance with City, State, and Federal laws.
