Intercity Transit seeks a qualified vendor to supply two mobile gaseous‑hydrogen tube trailers, along with comprehensive training, technical support, and maintenance services, to support its hydrogen‑fuel‑cell bus fleet in Thurston County, Washington. The trailers must meet stringent safety, pressure‑vessel, DOT, and NFPA standards, be towable by a Class‑8 truck, and have a usable hydrogen capacity of at least 300 kg (up to 1,500 kg preferred). The contract includes a five‑year service period with optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor must provide all required documentation, certifications, and warranty coverage.
• Provide two DOT‑certified hydrogen tube trailers (≤ 50 ft length, ≤ 517 bar MAWP).
• Deliver training, preventive maintenance, and on‑call technical support for the initial five‑year term.
