The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to supply three base‑year licenses, client workstation connections, PACS service connections, and USB card readers for the C‑CURE S PACS Entry Point Identity and Access Management system, and to provide installation assistance at three VA outpatient clinics in Utah and Idaho. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, brand‑name requirement; the vendor must be an authorized OEM, dealer, distributor, or reseller and must provide OEM warranty and support. Delivery is FOB destination to the VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT, with a submission deadline of September 22, 2026.
• Provide 3 new base‑year PIV entry‑point software licenses (C‑CURE S PACS)
• Include 3 client workstation connections, 3 PACS service connections, and 3 Omnikey 3821 (or newer) USB card readers
• Offer one‑year license term and post‑sale installation support
• Must be an authorized OEM/distributor; gray‑market items prohibited
• Delivery to VA Salt Lake City Healthcare System, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT
• Evaluation based on technical capability, delivery lead time, price, Buy‑American compliance, and authorized‑distributor letter.
