Pennie Contact Center Consultant Support

The Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange Authority (Pennie) is seeking a consultant to support the transition of its contact center from a vendor-operated model to an internally operated model. The selected consultant will provide expertise in contact center transitions, government operations, and health insurance customer support. The project duration is 20 months, and the consultant will need to have experience with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and state-based exchanges.
