Standard Recovery - Argentina

The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) is seeking a contractor to provide loan recovery assistance for a specific case in Argentina. The contractor will be responsible for collecting outstanding amounts owed to EXIM Bank by the obligor/buyer and guarantors, if any. The scope of work includes asset searches, site visits, negotiations, litigation, and documentation of agreements. The contractor must have full knowledge of the Argentinian judicial system and be duly qualified/registered as an attorney in Argentina. • The contractor will provide collection services and servicing of defaulted loans, including borrower negotiations, restructuring, and workout agreements. • The contractor will institute legal proceedings and/or provide credit restructuring services to effect recovery for EXIM Bank. • The contractor will take other actions as required by EXIM Bank's Asset Management Division (AMD) to effect recovery. • The contractor will provide a written report outlining the plan for recovery and estimated amount of the defaulted principal that is collectable.
