Before School, After School, and Summer Care Program Request for Proposals 2026-27

The Lynbrook Union‑Free School District seeks a qualified vendor to design, operate, and manage full‑service before‑school, after‑school, and summer‑care programs for K‑5 students across four elementary schools. The contract covers program staffing, curriculum‑aligned academic support, enrichment activities, snack provision, equipment, safety protocols, and administrative oversight. The vendor must hold a New York State child‑care license, meet staffing‑ratio requirements, carry extensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and submit detailed fee charts and budgets.
