Description
The Reynolds School District is seeking a contractor to replace the existing cooling tower at Reynolds High School. The project includes replacement of the cooling tower, investigation and potential replacement of associated components, and coordination with the district's commissioning agent. A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on November 10, 2025. The proposal submission deadline is November 25, 2025. The project is expected to start in December 2025 and last for approximately 180 days. Key responsibilities include:
• Replacement of the existing cooling tower
• Investigation and potential replacement of associated components, including chilled water supply and return piping, chiller, pumps, and DDC controls
• Coordination with the district's commissioning agent
• Compliance with the district's badging requirements and crane pick plan submission and approval process
• Weekly progress meetings and use of Smart Sheets and Bluebeam for project management
