PVC PIPE AND FITTINGS, PURCHASE & DELIVERY OF

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking pre-qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of PVC pipe and fittings. The contract will be for a term, and the vendor shall provide the goods and services as needed. The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and must maintain all required insurance coverages throughout the term of the contract. The vendor must also submit a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, and must provide a Commercial Non-Discrimination Certification. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible respondent or bidder, unless a certified SBE's bid is within ten percent (10%) of the lowest non-small business bid. • The vendor must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to receive a local preference. • The vendor must submit a Certification of Business Location and a Business Tax Receipt to verify their permanent place of business. • The vendor must comply with the Palm Beach County Local Preference Ordinance and the Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance.
