Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Bullitt Co. Welcome Center. The contract will be for a period of 365 days, with the option to renew. The vendor will be responsible for providing labor, equipment, and materials to perform custodial and grounds maintenance services. The services will include cleaning the rest area building, painting designated areas, and removing litter and debris from the grounds. The vendor will also be responsible for providing supplemental temporary staffing upon request.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Cleaning the rest area building, including the lobby, restrooms, and storage areas
* Painting designated areas
* Removing litter and debris from the grounds
* Providing supplemental temporary staffing upon request
* Maintaining the storage areas in a clean and orderly manner
* Replacing damaged equipment and materials
* Utilizing and implementing a checklist of steps provided by the Project Manager to prepare for the threat of freezing temperatures
