Description
The Town of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for engineering services for a project to construct a pedestrian bridge over the Black River. The project is funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and the Vermont Agency of Transportation. The scope of work includes project definition, project design, and construction services. The consultant will be responsible for preparing conceptual plans, preliminary plans, final plans, and bid documents. The project is expected to take approximately 4 years to complete.
