Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The work consists of demolishing and removing structures, improvements, and other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The contractor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond, as well as liability insurance. The contract will be for a period of 30 days, with the option for GDOT to extend or modify the contract.
• The contractor must be pre-qualified in the right of way property management service class.
• The contractor must provide a bid price for each parcel.
• The contractor must begin work as soon as possible after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must complete all work within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond, as well as liability insurance.
