The FY 2026 WIC Infrastructure Grant is a funding opportunity for State agencies to support the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). The grant aims to promote program integrity, create opportunities to connect WIC to farmers' markets, and modernize information technology systems. State agencies can apply individually or as part of a consortium, and the maximum award amount is $3,000,000 for individual State agencies and $1,000,000 for consortia. The grant will support activities such as improving methods for detection of dual participation, implementing new eSolutions, and updating WIC MIS and/or WIC Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) systems.
Some key points to consider:

• The grant period is 24 months, and the anticipated award announcement date is August 2026.
• The application due date is July 13, 2026, and late submissions will not be considered.
