The overall height should not be taller than 90 inches maximum, with cab and beacon, and the overall width should be 80 inches maximum without mirrors. The tow tractor gross weight should be minimum 7,000 lbs. to 10,000lbs. maximum, and the draw bar pull force (DBF) should be minimum 5,000 lbs. to 6,000 lbs. maximum. The tractor should also have a rated capacity both front and rear, and should be powered by an electric Lithium-Ion battery with a minimum capacity of 10kW or higher.
