Budget estimate

$100,000 – $200,000

The estimated cost of this procurement is under the Small Purchase Threshold of $250,000.00. Based on the scope of work, which includes a detailed site visit, inspection of the existing pond system, and provision of recommendations for upgrades and improvements, the total project cost is likely to be around $100,000 to $200,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the required work, and that the project will require a significant amount of expertise and resources. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the pond system, the extent of the upgrades and improvements required, and the level of competition among bidders.
