Description
The State Controller's Office (SCO) is seeking a contractor to deliver, install, and configure one Xerox Primelink C9281XLS Color Production Printer and Fiery Standalone digital front end (DFE) server. The contractor will also provide on-site training and three years of software and hardware maintenance and on-call services. Key aspects of the job include:
* Delivering and installing the printer and DFE server
* Providing on-site training
* Offering software and hardware maintenance and on-call services for three years
* Ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations
* Meeting the terms and conditions stated in the RFQ-ITS
The contractor must comply with the instructions contained in the RFQ-ITS document and the requirements stated in the Agreement. The Bidder must also provide all necessary information for SCO to evaluate the Bid and determine the Bidder's ability to perform the services.
