Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division is seeking equipment calibration services. The contractor will be required to provide test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment metrology and calibration support to the Airborne Instrumentation Systems Division Machine Shop. The contractor must be an ANSI National Accreditation Board accredited company and provide proof. The scope of work includes performing on-site calibrations, transporting equipment for calibration, and providing a certificate of calibration for each item calibrated.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing calibration services for equipment used in the Airborne Instrumentation Systems Division Machine Shop
• Performing at least one on-site calibration per year
• Transporting equipment for calibration and returning it to the government within two weeks
• Providing a certificate of calibration for each item calibrated
• Maintaining an online database of calibration information
