Description
The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide repair and maintenance services for their Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system. The contractor will be responsible for providing support and onsite maintenance of the LMR system, including hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The contractor will also be required to provide technical support, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance. The contract period of performance is a base year, four option years, and a six-month additional period.
• The contractor must have experience and certification on the equipment and software for Radio Systems.
• The contractor must have sufficient and appropriate test equipment to ensure swift and effective adjustment and repair of radios and fixed equipment.
• The contractor must ensure a sufficient supply of spare parts are maintained to allow immediate restoration of operations of the system infrastructure.
• The contractor must ensure all repairs carry a standard 90-day warranty.
