NOI to Sole Source - Biomerieux Inc Extended Warranty - KHC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Biomerieux Incorporated for services – Biofire Torch Base Extended Warranty as required by the Laboratory Department. The award will have a base year plus four option years. • The purchase order is for the extension of the warranty of the Biofire Torch Base. • The award will be made in accordance with RFO 12.102 for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisitions threshold. • The base period of performance will be from the date of award to 12/31/2026. • Other potential sources may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Brandon Martinez by 11:00am (MDT) on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
