Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an indefinite‑quantity “not‑to‑exceed” contract for flat‑glass sheet products used by its Maintenance & Operations department. The contract will be a three‑year base term, with optional renewals for up to three additional years, and pricing will be based on a discount off APS’s published list prices for each glass item. APS will place case‑quantity orders on an as‑needed basis, requiring palletized, FOB‑destination delivery to its warehouse in Albuquerque. No minimum purchase quantity is guaranteed; the contract value will depend on actual usage.
