Description
The Navajo Nation Division for Children and Family Services is seeking a full‑service event‑management vendor to plan, staff, and execute the 2026 Winter Symposium for roughly 600 participants. The contract covers venue space, audio‑visual equipment, catering for three days (plus an optional fourth‑day banquet), breakout room setup, logistics coordination, and compliance documentation. Vendors must be able to provide a detailed cost proposal, meet Navajo Nation procurement standards, and supply required certifications and insurance.
• Provide a general session room, 15 breakout rooms, and all associated AV (screens, projectors, wireless mics).
• Deliver full catering services (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a banquet) for 600 attendees across a three‑day schedule (Dec 14‑17, 2026).
• Manage all event logistics, liaise with the NDCFS planning committee, and ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200 procurement standards and Navajo Nation regulations.
