Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a quote for the purchase of the HOBEY ELITE wearable Multi Spectral Camouflage signature management wearable system. The system must meet all requirements of the RFQ and attachments, meet the Berry Amendment, and provide the patented Multi-Spectral Signature Management technology. The quote should include a statement stating the quote is valid until 31 July 2026, and the company name, address, and a specific point of contact. The contractor must ensure all information contained within the System for Award Management (SAM) is current and that registration has not expired.
• The quote must be submitted electronically via email to Ms. Katelyn Timmermann and Ms. Amber Climaco.
• The contractor must fill in all blue highlighted cells in the RFQ Information Sheet, or provide a quote in their own format with the same information.
• The contractor must ensure all extended prices are exactly divisible by the quantity of units.
• The contractor must include a cover letter with the quote, stating the company name, address, and a specific point of contact.
