GDC FY26 Outdoor Rubber Surfacing Area

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking a qualified supplier to furnish and install poured-in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing for an outdoor recreational area at the Gallipolis Developmental Center. The project involves stripping existing grass, excavating dirt, leveling the ground, and installing a compacted aggregate base layer and PIP rubber surfacing. The contractor will be responsible for site preparation, installation, and providing a 5-year warranty for material and workmanship defects. • The project requires a site visit to view the exact scope of work. • The contractor must provide temporary fencing, maintain tool accountability, and work during specified hours. • The contractor must comply with Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws and provide prevailing wage scale to labor employed on the contract. • The contractor must complete all contract work during the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, unless prior arrangements are made.
