Description
The Thomas E Creek - Amarillo VA Healthcare System is seeking to purchase equipment for the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Department to assist with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting. The equipment being requested must help the HTM Department test virtually all models of ventilators: adult, pediatric, anesthesia, neonatal, and high frequency. The equipment must also test a variety of other medical equipment such as anesthesia gas delivery machines, air-oxygen blenders, medical insufflators, oxygen concentrators, CPAPs, and other devices with pneumatic gas flows.
• The equipment must meet the latest published edition of the applicable standards, such as National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-99) and Underwriters Laboratories / Occupational Safety and Health Administration (UL OSHA).
• The equipment must function in conformance with the Manufacturers Performance standards/specifications as used when the equipment was originally procured.
• The equipment must meet the standards/specifications for any upgrades/updates.
• The contractor must provide business information, including business name, address, point of contact, and SAM UID number.
