Description
The Maryland Department of Human Services is seeking a Master Contractor to provide ManageEngine Remote Access Plus Renewal FY26. The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes renewing Remote Access Plus, which is a critical requirement for maintaining uninterrupted IT support for DHS staff. The proposal should include product specifications, pricing, and delivery information.
• The contract is for a fixed price.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
• The contract includes installation and training services, as well as software warranty and maintenance.
• The contract is subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions specified in Attachment Y - Data Use Agreement.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, limited to certified small business vendors.
