Description
The City of Detroit Demolition Department is seeking a contractor to perform demolition services for a residential property located at 8435 Siebert Street, Detroit, MI 48234. The property consists of a 2-story house with a total square footage of 1520 SF and a garage with a total square footage of 250 SF. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing the property, including the removal of all debris and hazardous materials. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The property has been inspected for asbestos-containing materials, and the results are included in the attached report.
• The contractor will be required to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to asbestos removal and disposal.
• The contract will include a scope of work, pricing, and other terms and conditions.
• The City of Detroit Demolition Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
