Description
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking bids for the 6880 Riverside Drive Detention Pond Improvements project. The project involves improvements to an existing detention pond and the associated inlets/outlet, including creating better access to the pond and its inlets and outlets, removing accumulated debris and sediment, and installing erosion and sediment control measures. The contractor will be responsible for performing at least 51% of the work and obtaining any necessary permits. The project is expected to take 200 calendar days to complete, and the contractor must start work within 10 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed.
