On-Call Demolition Services

The City of New Braunfels is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide on-call demolition services. The selected provider will be responsible for providing demolition services as needed by the City. The proposal should include the provider's experience, qualifications, and pricing for the services. • The City utilizes WorkdaySpend for its Procurement and Contracting Platform, and electronic bid submission is the only option available to Proposers. • Proposers must register in order to prepare and submit their electronic submission. • The City will not be responsible for failure of submission due to internet service provider issues, software outages, or any other issue resulting in a failed and/or late submission. • The deadline to receive questions is April 14, 2026, 5:00 P.M. • The proposal submission deadline is April 28, 2026, 3:00 P.M.
