07122P0012-Shelter Facilities for Homeless Single Adults Open Ended RFP

The Department of Homeless Services is seeking proposals for shelter facilities for homeless single adults. The goal of this RFP is to procure high-quality, borough-based shelters that will enable clients to quickly obtain viable housing within the community. The shelters will provide transitional housing, case management, and other social services to help clients achieve and maintain housing permanency. The contract term will be five years with a four-year option to renew. • The RFP is open-ended, and the anticipated total maximum available funding is as needed through the course of this RFP. • The number of awards will be determined by DHS to implement the Turning the Tide plan. • Vendors must create an account in the PASSPort system to submit a proposal. • A pre-proposal conference was held on September 28, 2021, via WebEx. • Bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors and agreed-upon amounts to be paid to each. • The list of subcontractors must be submitted using the Bidder's Identification of Subcontractors form.
