Description
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to award a sole source contract for HVAC preventive maintenance services at the Beclabito Day School. The contract will be for a period of one year, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and will involve quarterly maintenance of 21 HVAC package rooftop units. The goal of the maintenance is to ensure efficient operation, reliability, and longevity of the HVAC systems, as well as to prevent unexpected breakdowns and maintain optimal indoor air quality.
• The contract will be awarded to Sun Valley Supply, LLC, as they have provided services to BIE Shiprock schools and TCS within the Shiprock area in the past.
• The contractor must possess unique qualifications, including specialized training and experience with HVAC units and refrigeration repairs.
• The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the anticipated delivery date is March 24, 2027.
