Description
The Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a full range of skilled and unskilled labor supporting its water, drainage, and sewerage infrastructure. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity labor agreement with an initial two‑year base period and up to three one‑year renewals (potential total of five years). A 30 % DBE participation goal applies, and all labor rates must comply with the Service Contract Act and Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage determinations. The award will be made based on technical merit (including experience, DBE participation, and company capability) and price.
