This opportunity is a competitive Invitation to Bid for the West Perimeter Airport Road System Improvement at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The scope involves retiring existing direct‑buried 12.47 kV underground cables on the Raspberry Substation feeders and installing a new duct‑vault system with new 750 MCM conductors, associated hardware, and back‑fill. The contractor must handle removal, new cable installation, energization, punch‑list close‑out, and provide a two‑year warranty. The project is under the 2024‑2025 Outside Electrical Line Construction Contract and requires a 10 % bid bond, builders‑risk insurance, a performance bond, and a project‑specific HSE plan before a Notice to Proceed is issued.
