Description
The St. Louis County is seeking qualified consultants for Airport Development projects at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport. The selected consultant will provide engineering services for preliminary, design, bidding, and construction phases, including geotechnical, preparing categorical exclusion documentation, as-built Airport Layout Plan (ALP) updates, and surveying. The contract is expected to be awarded for a period of 60 months, with options to extend for an additional 12 months. The consultant must have experience with federally funded projects and knowledge of FAA/MoDOT design and construction standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• The consultant must demonstrate their experience and qualifications in providing similar services.
• The consultant must have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering quality products on schedule.
• The consultant must have the ability to implement innovative methods and solutions.
• The consultant must have knowledge of FAA/MoDOT design and construction standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.
