Description
The Virginia Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for a GE Lunar iDXA machine located at the 192d Human Performance Center, Building 781, Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, VA. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, and providing telephone and on-site technical support. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must provide a pricing proposal, technical capability narrative, performance approach, and draft quality control plan as part of their quote.
• The contractor must have specialized maintenance capabilities for GE Lunar iDXA diagnostics.
• The contractor must provide a 1-hour telephone and 24-hour on-site response.
• The contractor must furnish new or exchange parts of equal caliber and quality to ensure optimum performance.
• The contractor must comply with all local installation security and access regulations at Langley Air Force Base.
