Description
The City of Issaquah is seeking on-call engineering consultants to provide technical support for stormwater modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting. The selected consultant will be required to provide a range of services, including system wide water modeling updates, water quality and water age modeling evaluation, and support in the development and planning of new capital improvement projects. The consultant must be familiar with the City of Issaquah Stormwater Management Policy and the King County Surface Water Design Manual.
• Support in system wide water modeling updates, calibration, and development
• Provide water quality and water age modeling evaluation of the City’s system
• Provide available fire flow, static and dynamic pressure for new developments
• Support in the development and planning of new Capital Improvement Projects
• Perform system capacity analysis and identification of deficiencies
• Conduct scenario modeling for various growth scenarios
• Support in the development of code or standard detail updates
• Provide field inspections as required
• Prepare technical memos, modeling summaries and results, and design recommendations
