Description
The City of Sylvester is seeking bids for the Quail Pines Subdivision Phase II project, which involves clearing, grubbing, grading, installation of asphalt streets, waterline, sewer, and construction of a duplex sewage pump station. The project has a time of performance of 180 days and payment will be made monthly based on the progress of construction. The bid security shall be at least 5% of the bid.
• The project consists of approximately 74,240 SF of asphalt streets, 3,405 linear feet of 6-inch PVC Waterline, 3,550 lf of 8-inch gravity sewer, and 1,518 linear feet of 4-inch PVC force main.
• The construction of a duplex sewage pump station is also included in the project.
• The bid documents can be examined at SOWEGA Engineering, LLC, and copies can be obtained upon payment of $300.00.
• The Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities, to reject any and all bids, and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditioned bids.
