Blanket Agreement - TekFlame Fuel, TekFlame Hot, and TekFlame Concentrate

Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a blanket purchase agreement for the supply of TekFlame Fuel, TekFlame Hot, and TekFlame Concentrate to its College Station campus. The agreement will be a master order framework, allowing multiple orders over a one‑year term (renewable up to five years). Vendors must submit firm unit prices, a one‑year warranty, and agree to freight‑prepaid, FOB‑Destination delivery. The solicitation requires submission of a HUB Subcontracting Plan and compliance with Texas HUB goals. • Supply TekFlame Fuel, Hot, and Concentrate on an as‑needed basis (gallons/each). • Provide a minimum one‑year warranty and lead‑time estimates for each order. • Deliver freight‑prepaid, FOB Destination; no additional shipping or fuel surcharges accepted. • Submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) and meet Texas HUB certification requirements.
