Description
The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking bids for a 5-year contract to provide Hepatitis/HIV/Syphilis 4th Gen Assay Screening and Instrumentation. The contract will include the provision of test reagents, quality control materials, calibrators, ancillary reagents, and consumables. The successful bidder will be required to provide these services to the State of Illinois. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Assay Kit
• Providing Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (anti-HBs) Assay Kit
• Providing Total Antibody to Hepatitis B Core Antigen-IgG and IgM (anti-HBc) Assay Kit
• Providing Hepatitis C Antibody (anti-HCV) Assay Kit
• Providing 4th Generation HIV-1/2 Antigen/Antibody Assay Kit
The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 5 additional years.
