N055--FLOORING INSTALLATION

The VA Maryland Health Care System is seeking sources to provide flooring installation services for the Baltimore VA Medical Center, Loch Raven VA Medical Center, and Perry Point VA Medical Center. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a base period of one year with a four-year option. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to remove and dispose of existing flooring and install new flooring. The estimated square footage of flooring to be replaced is 480,600 sq ft over the five-year period. Some key requirements of the contract include: • Providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor for flooring installation • Removing and disposing of existing flooring • Installing new flooring, including carpet tile, vinyl sheet tile, and resinous epoxy flooring • Providing cove base, flash cove, and transition strips • Coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for services requests
