Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Tenant Representation & Consulting Services

West Basin Municipal Water District is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide tenant representation and consulting services for the relocation of its headquarters. The selected vendor will be retained to represent West Basin in its pursuit of approximately 30,000 usable square feet of office space. The initial contract will be for two years, with an option to renew for an additional one-year term. • The vendor will be responsible for providing commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services related to large-scale commercial leasing and purchase transactions. • The vendor will be expected to disclose any non-commission fees or compensation they expect to receive from West Basin. • The vendor will be required to provide evidence of insurance and comply with West Basin's insurance requirements. • The vendor will be evaluated based on factors such as completeness and quality of proposal, respondent qualifications and experience, professional qualifications of key personnel, and cost proposal.
