BIDDER PREQUALIFICATION WC24-00010 ARCADIA LAKE WATER TREATMENT PLANT WTP-01C PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking qualified contractors to prequalify for the construction of the Arcadia Lake Water Treatment Plant WTP-01C Process Improvements project. The project involves the construction of new structures, modifications of existing facilities, and new and modified site piping to be performed within an operating wastewater treatment plant. The contractor will be required to have experience with similar projects, a strong safety record, and the ability to accommodate changes and disruptions in the work. The prequalification process will evaluate the contractor's experience, personnel qualifications, financial data, and safety performance. • The project consists of furnishing all material, equipment, and labor necessary to construct the Arcadia Lake Water Treatment Plant (WTP) WTP-01C Process Improvements project. • The contractor must have experience with similar water or wastewater treatment plant upgrade, rehabilitation, or expansion projects. • The contractor must have a minimum of $5 million in contract value for each of the five similar projects. • The contractor must have a strong safety record and the ability to accommodate changes and disruptions in the work. • The contractor must have the necessary bonding capacity and financial resources to complete the project.
