The County of Webb is seeking a qualified Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering firm to provide professional engineering services for the replacement of multiple HVAC air handler units at the Webb County Jail facility. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments, design development, preparing construction drawings and specifications, providing engineering support, delivering construction administration services, and coordinating with County staff and other stakeholders. The firm should have demonstrated expertise in correctional facility HVAC systems and MEP engineering services. • The scope of work includes design development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration for the replacement of HVAC air handler units. • The selected firm will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments and design development. • The firm should have experience in providing MEP Engineering services for government entities or private clients with similar scope of work. • The County reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of the scope of services and related fees after the official award.
