NOTICE OF INTENT TO MODIFY A CONTRACT THROUGH THROUGH SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH GOBERRY MARKETING

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) intends to modify an existing contract with GoBerry Marketing LLC for the supply of TriMet's Transit Tracker by Text software services. The contract will not exceed $250,000.00. The services include Cellular Telephone Services, Radio/Television Advertising, Communication Equipment - Telephone, Telephone Surveys, and Personal Services - Marketing. • The contract modification is due to an increase in end-user Transit Tracker By Text software services. • The contract term and expenditures will be extended. • Further amendments will depend on the requirements for this software service. • A Detail Solicitation Exemption is included in this document. • Comments to this Notice of Intent shall be submitted to TriMet's Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department, Attn: Kay Ye at [email protected], no later than December 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (Local Time).
