Construction Testing Parking Garage Replacement Project

The Northampton County is seeking a construction testing and special inspection services firm to provide full-service construction testing and special inspection services for the Government Center Parking Deck Replacement project. The project involves demolishing the existing parking deck and constructing a new 3-story parking deck with a roughly 38,000 SQFT footprint. The selected firm will be required to provide construction testing and special inspection services, including earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, concrete, masonry, structural steel, and firestopping. The firm will also be required to comply with all relevant requirements, including CDC/OSHA and PADOH guidelines, and to provide documentation of its qualifications and experience. • The project is expected to start in June 2026 and be completed by October 2027. • The selected firm will be required to provide a list of qualified personnel and testing equipment. • The firm will be required to comply with all relevant requirements, including CDC/OSHA and PADOH guidelines. • The firm will be required to provide documentation of its qualifications and experience. • The firm will be required to attend pre-construction conferences and bi-weekly progress meetings. • The firm will be required to conform to all requirements of Project Plans and Specifications for inspection and testing criteria and requirements.
