Notice of Intent to Sole Source: IHS Teleophthalmology Program Support Contract

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a sole source contract to Estenda Solutions, Inc. for the development, operation, and support of the IHS-Joslin Vision Network (JVN) Teleophthalmology Program in various clinics and hospitals. The contract will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Interested parties that believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement. • The contract is for services/supplies in which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source. • The notice is not a solicitation or request for offers, but interested parties may submit a capability statement. • Responses received within 15 days of the issuance of the notice will be considered by the Government. • The Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of information received or provide feedback to respondents.
