Sources Sought- Information Technology Support Services(ITSS)

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking information from industry to help refine their requirements for enterprise-wide IT support services. The services include a centralized Service Desk, endpoint device support, systems and network administration, cybersecurity operations, and classroom technology support. The anticipated period of performance is one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Some key aspects of the opportunity include: • The requirement for a multi-capable IT support workforce • The need for experience in key capability areas such as OCONUS and host-nation familiarity, staffing readiness, and phase-in and transition planning • The importance of providing cross-trained IT support personnel and managing workforce training and certification sustainment • The need for surge and scalability to scale resources for emergent mission requirements • The requirement for readiness reporting and transparency to provide staffing, clearance, and readiness reporting for geographically dispersed operations
